A very beautiful Belle Époque coffee table in walnut featuring a racetrack top, carved cabriole legs with scrolled feet that are joined by an "H" stretcher with four upright center supports. Originally an extension dining table that was lowered to function as a coffee table. France or Belgium, circa 1890-1900.

CONDITION
Good. In the process of converting the table into a coffee table, the top was joined together and the slide mechanism removed before adapting the height.
