Overview

23.75" long x 17.5" wide x 28" high.

A very lovely side table that would have served as a small sewing or work table for needlework in a salon. A rectangular top in burl walnut rests on a tripod pedestal base in walnut with turned column that ends on beautifully-carved scroll feet. Offers one drawer with small compartments that would have housed sewing accoutrements. England, circa 1850.
