38 1/2" wide x 21" deep x 90" high. 34 1/2" deep with secretary open. 29 1/2" from the floor the work surface.
18th Century George III English Bureau Bookcase secretary in solid mahogany, features a swan neck broken-scroll pediment with carved rosettes and a centre finial. Sitting up on bracket feet with a two over two configuration of drawers the slant front opens to a simple oak secretary appointed with drawers and open slots for storage. Upper solid door panels are raised and interior shelves are adjustable. Chippendale brasses are old and have been on the secretary for many years as evidenced by the build up of brass polish on the corners of the plates. Oak secondary wood.

Good. Keyed operating door on the upper bookcase is slightly bowed. Blocking on the bracket feet appears to be original, secretary has been refinished at some point in its history.
